Outdoor Communion, Sunday, October 11th at 2 PM
The full protocol document can be found here, and please note:
+ You will need to pre-register here so we know how many to expect and can contact you if anyone becomes ill in the 14 days following the service.
(If you don’t pre-register, you’ll need to sign in with an usher on the day, so please go ahead and sign up now to help things run as smoothly as possible!)
+ Please stay home if you are feeling unwell in any way, or if you think you have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19. Please let Brittany know if you receive a COVID diagnosis within two weeks following the service so we can anonymously contact trace.
+ Enter from Locust Walk and check in with an usher at the welcome table. You’ll be directed to your very own “private box” chalked out on the asphalt. Communion will come to you, as only an usher and I will be moving around during the service.
+ The service is outside (rain or shine) and will last approximately 15 minutes, so BYO chair if you’ll need one.
+ Everyone will need to wear a mask (disposables will be available) and maintain 6 feet of distance from people outside of their household.
+ There won’t be any building access (so no bathrooms will be available, sorry!)
+If you drive, please park in the small lot beside the parish office entrance and Civic House as we will have the service in the West Lot. This will mean that parking is limited.
+ We aren’t able to safely host any fellowship opportunities following the service- so make sure to attend our Zoom coffee hour at 11:45 AM!
+A big thank you to our ushers for the day: Janet Deatrick, Jonathan Ashton, and Elle Rothermich!
Bulletin for this service can be found here
This service will also be live-streamed here.
