Interfaith Philadelphia, in partnership with Heeding God’s Call and individual congregations, is sponsoring a demonstration called “From Sanctuary to Street, From Lament to Action.” The demonstration is this Thursday, June 9 at 2 p.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of SS Peter and Paul (1723 Race Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103). The demonstration will honor victims of gun violence and include a witness walk in Center City with the aim to end gun violence, support sensible laws, and eliminate illegal and ghost guns from our community.
